App usage data — activity within the Sober-OS App (powered by Trainerize), including workout completions, habit tracking, and program engagement

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies.

These platforms may receive anonymized or pseudonymized data such as page views and conversion events. No coaching records, sobriety data, or health information is shared with advertising platforms.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant processor. Coaching and program data is stored within industry-standard platforms with encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Confidentiality of Coaching Data

Your coaching records — including sobriety logs, check-ins, coaching call notes, and program progress — are treated as strictly confidential. We will never publicly disclose your participation in the program or share your coaching data without your explicit written consent. Any testimonials or case studies used in marketing are shared only with the express permission of the client involved, and may be anonymized at the client's request.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal information
Opt out of marketing communications at any time (click "unsubscribe" in any email or reply STOP to any SMS)
Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable
Request deletion of your account and associated data

Active clients: Data is retained for the duration of the program plus 12 months post-completion
Leads and prospects: Contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
Guarantee verification data: Program compliance records are retained for 90 days following program completion to facilitate any guarantee claims

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
